DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Craft Love Designs, LLC, we take pride in creating handcrafted pieces with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We currently accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged. If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Depending on the style and availability, we may offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item. To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Your order number

Keep the original packaging, as it may be needed to document damage.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom or personalized pieces.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with packaging.
🎀 Care Matters
Please review and follow the care instructions included with your order. Many of our items, especially polymer clay and gold-plated pieces, are durable but delicate. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage due to improper care, wear, or tarnishing.
🧡 Allergy Disclaimer
Our hypoallergenic earrings are made from materials like stainless steel or titanium, but we cannot guarantee zero allergic reactions, as individual sensitivities vary.
✂️ Important Info for Polymer Clay Cutters
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer replacements or refunds for cutters. Each cutter is thoroughly tested before it ships.
To get the best results:
Avoid using clay that’s too dry or too soft, especially with fine details.
Use cornstarch applied with a brush to help reach small or intricate areas.
Clean gently — don’t apply pressure to delicate parts. Cutters are durable, but not unbreakable.
