Shipping Method
We ship all orders via USPS for its reliability and nationwide coverage. If another method is needed, we’ll let you know.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer—we appreciate your patience!

Transit Time
USPS delivery usually takes 5–7 business days within the U.S., though times may vary depending on location, holidays, or postal delays.

Delivery Estimates
While we aim to ship on time, delays caused by USPS, weather, or other factors are out of our control. We'll do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Tracking Info
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any available discounts or promos will apply automatically.

U.S. Only Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, APO, or FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away. We’ll work with USPS to make it right.
